There are many screen capture programs that could assist with this, such as MSI Afterburner or Taksi, or even better Fraps if you have it. The easiest way to do so, however, would be to use 3dxml Player (or a similar player that can play 3dxml animations) and simply screen capture it with all the menus off. If you change these 3D formats to a video, the computer no longer realizes that it is a 3D object, and just treats it like any other 2D video.
